Pure copper foil soft connection

The copper foil flexible connection raw material is selected from T2 copper strip, which contains more than 99.97% copper, and copper has excellent thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance. Copper strips can be divided into soft and hard states according to their state to meet the different needs of production and installation. Pure copper foil soft connection is made of 0.05~0.3mm thick copper foil. The copper foil soft connection adopts the polymer diffusion welding process, which melts the multiple layers of copper foil on the contact surface together, changes its molecular structure, solidifies into a copper block and then undergoes subsequent processing.
