Powder-coated laminated busbars are manufactured using high-performance epoxy resin. Individual busbars undergo insulation treatment via powder coating, and are then laminated into an integrated assembly through pressing technology.

 

With Myway Tech’s proprietary powder coating process, the thickness of the insulating resin coating can be precisely controlled. Depending on the electrical performance requirements of various application fields, the insulation coating thickness can be adjusted from 0.2 mm to 3 mm.
