Product Details

The substation features a compact structure and small footprint. With external radiators, it delivers better heat dissipation performance.
The substation adopts new series transformer technologies with a reasonable structure, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Transformer oil serves as the insulation medium for high-voltage components on the 10kV or 35kV side, greatly reducing the required safety clearance.
The oil tank adopts a fully enclosed structure to completely isolate the oil from the atmosphere, significantly reducing oxidation and moisture intrusion, and improving the stability, reliability and safety of the system. Meanwhile, the use of plate radiators allows convenient assembly, disassembly and simple maintenance.
The cabinet is treated with a special shot blasting process, providing excellent anti-corrosion and anti-exposure performance, and can effectively resist wind and sand erosion.
The low-voltage side is equipped with the latest domestic intelligent circuit breakers and molded case air switches, featuring high breaking capacity and excellent protection performance.
The transformer oil tank can be fitted with pressure gauges and thermometers with communication interfaces, and travel switches can be added to the load switches to realize remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of the transformer.
The cabinet adopts a fully sealed design. The protection class of the high and low voltage compartments reaches IP54, and that of the transformer body reaches IP68.
