Product Classification

  1. Water‑electricity Separated (Plate Water‑cooled Reactor)

    Water‑cooled heat dissipation plates are embedded in the reactor winding. Heat generated by the reactor is conducted through the plates and removed by the cooling medium to reduce temperature rise. With complete separation of water and electricity, no leakage current is generated.

    Our plate water‑cooled reactors cover a current range of 500–1500 A and inductance range of 0.01–0.5 mH, widely used in wind power generation, frequency converters and other power equipment.

  2. Water‑electricity Integrated (Tube Water‑cooled Reactor)

    Windings are made of hollow copper tubes. Heat from copper losses is directly removed by the heat transfer medium (pure water or mixed fluid) flowing inside the tubes. Excellent thermal contact and high thermal conductivity allow windings to withstand large currents.

    Our tube water‑cooled reactors support a current range of 1–10 kA and inductance range of 0.1–2.0 mH, widely applied in smelting, induction heating and other industrial equipment.
